Responsibilities

As the Calling & Chat Process Executive, your responsibilities may include:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
• Help customers track orders, deliveries, and shipment status.

• Provide accurate information about products, orders and account issues.
• Record customer conversations and update support records. 
• Gather customer feedback and submit to the relevant team.
• Leverage Flipkart’s internal customer support systems to handle service requests.
• If you need extra help, escalate the more complicated cases.
• Treat customer information according to company policies.
• Ensure the quality of service and finish all assigned tasks on time.

Candidates are trained before they start taking live customer calls.

Educational Qualification 

Candidates must have completed:

12th Pass or Diploma, Graduation, or any other Degree from a Recognized Institution.

Experience

• Candidates with past experience in customer support, BPO, call center, chat support, telecalling or e-commerce support.

Previous experience is helpful but not necessary.

Candidates should be provided with:

• 8th Generation Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) processor in a laptop.
• Minimum 8 GB of RAM.

• Fast broadband internet connection of minimum 25mbps speed.
• Need for power backup like inverter or UPS for seamless work during working hours.
