What You Will Handle

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries over live chat and email.
• Assisted customers with order status, payments, returns, and product-related questions.
• Log customer interactions in the company’s support system.
• Directing complex queries to the correct department.
• Follow up on outstanding customer requests as needed.
• Keep customer information accurate and confidential
• Knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
• Report common customer problems to the support team.
• Finishing assigned work within the expected response time.
• Keep communication professional and polite.

Qualifications
