Petrol Platform Worker - On-Site (Full-Time)

Chevron is one of the largest oil and gas companies in the United States. They operate petrol platforms, refineries, and drilling sites across multiple states. Right now they are hiring Platform Workers to join their operations team at their US locations.
This is a physically demanding job that requires you to be on-site every day. You will be working on an active petrol platform alongside experienced engineers and technicians. The work is challenging but the pay is solid and the company is stable. If you have experience working in oil and gas or a similar industrial environment, this role is worth applying for.
Job Role:
- Assist with daily operations on the petrol platform
- Monitor equipment and report any faults or irregularities
- Carry out basic maintenance tasks on platform machinery
- Follow all safety protocols at all times without exception
- Load and unload materials and supplies as needed
- Keep the work area clean and hazard free
- Work closely with engineers and supervisors on site

Requirements & Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience working in oil and gas or a similar industrial setting
- Basic understanding of platform or rig operations
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong awareness of health and safety rules on site
- Able to work long rotational shifts — typically 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off
- A valid HUET or BOSIET certification is preferred
- Good communication skills with the team on site
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in oil and gas, construction, or heavy industry is required. Candidates with offshore
onshore platform experience will be considered first. Fresh candidates with no industrial experience will not be shortlisted for this role.
Working Hours
- Rotational shifts - 2 weeks on site, 2 weeks off
- 12 hour shifts during working rotation
- Accommodation and meals provided during on-site weeks
- Transport to and from the platform is arranged by the company
