Kaiser Permanente runs hospitals and clinics across the US and right now they need Medical Assistants at several of their locations. This is a full-time job where you show up to the clinic every day, work with doctors and nurses, and help take care of patients.

Job Responsiblity
- Welcome patients when they come in and get them ready for their appointment
- Check and record vitals — blood pressure, temperature, weight, and height
- Keep patient records updated in the system
- Help doctors during checkups and small procedures
- Set up exam rooms before each patient and clean them after
- Book appointments and handle basic paperwork
- Collect blood samples or run simple lab tests when needed
Requirements & Qualifications
- A Medical Assistant certificate from a recognised program
- Basic knowledge of medical terms and clinic procedures
- Comfortable working with patients face to face every day
- Clear English — written and spoken
- Can stay calm when things get busy
- Basic computer skills for patient records
- Spanish speakers are preferred at some locations but not required
Experience
One year of experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred. Fresh graduates from a Medical Assistant program can also apply. If you have a CMA or RMA certification, you will be considered first.
Working Hours
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Morning and afternoon shifts available at most locations
- Some weekend shifts depending on which location you join

- $35,000 – $45,000 per year depending on experience and city
