This job is for someone who loves fitness, enjoys working with people, and can lead a class with confidence. You will be teaching barre classes every day — a low impact workout that combines ballet, pilates, and yoga movements. The classes are popular with all age groups so you need to be comfortable teaching beginners as well as regular members.

Job Role

• Lead barre fitness classes for groups of students every day
• Plan class routines and make sure they match Pure Barre's format
• Help students with their form and correct technique during class
• Welcome new members and make them feel comfortable in their first class
• Keep the studio floor clean and equipment organized after each class
• Track class attendance and report numbers to the studio manager
• Stay updated on new barre techniques and incorporate them into classes

Working Hours

• Full-time: 30 to 40 hours per week
• Morning and evening classes available
• Weekend classes are part of the schedule
• Class timings are fixed so you know your schedule in advance

Experience

At least 1 year of experience teaching barre, yoga, pilates, or a similar fitness class is required. Candidates with a Pure Barre certification will be considered first. If you have a strong fitness background and are willing to get certified, that will also be considered.
